How to book Indane Gas LPG Cylinder at Home?

IndianOil allows its customers to book LPG Gas cylinder in various methods. This multi modal system is designed to make refill booking faster, simpler and more efficient, enables customer to book your gas refill at any time. For Booking Refill from your Home, You can follow anyone of below methods for instant Indane Gas Refill Booking. 

A) Through SMS

We can book for refill by sending SMS to below number in prescribed format. For this method, all you need is Mobile Phone with SMS facility. Follow the below steps for booking through SMS. 

1. If you are using the SMS facility for the first time, then SMS to 77189 55555 as below
2. a) (16 Digit ConsumerID)(space)UID(Last 4 Digit of Aadhaar) OR 
3. b) (16 Digit ConsumerID)(space)SV(Last 4 Digit of Subscription voucher)
4. Once a customer registers his / her mobile number, subsequent refill bookings can be made by sending an SMS (REFILL) to 77189 55555

B) Through Missed Call

We can book for refill by giving missed call to below number. For this method, all you need is Mobile Phone with active Outgoing facility. Follow the below steps for booking through Missed Call. 

1. Give Missed Call to  84549 55555 from registered mobile number
2. Then Confirmation SMS will come

C) Through IVRS

Next we can book for refill by IVRS((Interactive Voice Response System). For this method, all you need is Mobile Phone with active Outgoing facility. Follow the below steps for booking through IVRS. 

1. Call on 77189 55555
2. Choose Language
3. If your mobile number is registered with Indane distributor, system will announce the 16 digit LPG ID and on confirmation, press 1 for Refill Booking. Then refill booking will be taken and booking reference number will be announced and confirmation SMS will be sent to your mobile number.
4. If your phone number is not registered, then System will ask the Customer to enter the 16 digit LPG ID. After entering 16 digit LPG ID, you will have to authenticate by entering either last four digits of Subscription Number provided by Indane distributor or last 4 digits of Aadhaar number which is available with your Indane distributor. Once confirmed, your phone number gets registered and you shall be able to proceed for refill booking.

D) Through WhatsApp

Next we can book for refill by WhatsApp Message. For this method, all you need is Smart Phone with Internet and Whatsapp Application. Your WhatsApp Number must be registered with Your Customer ID. Follow the below steps for booking through WhatsApp. 

1. Type Refill 
2. Send WhatsApp Message to 75888 88824

E) Through IndianOil ONE Mobile App

Next we can book for refill by IndianOil ONE Mobile App. For this method, all you need is Smart Phone with Internet and IndianOil ONE Mobile App. Your can use credentials of IndianOil Customer Web Portal to login. . Follow the below steps for booking through IndianOil ONE Mobile App.

1. Download and Install the IndianOil ONE App from Google Play Store
2. Open the App and Login using the registered credentials
3. Click on "Order Cylinder"
4. Verify Your Details
5. Click on "ORDER NOW"

F) Through UMANG Mobile App

Next we can book for refill by UMANG Mobile App. In this method, all you need is Smart Phone with Internet and UMANG Mobile App. Your can use credentials of IndianOil Customer Web Portal to login. Follow the below steps for booking through UMANG Mobile App.

1. Download and Install the UMANG App from Google Play Store
2. Open the App and Login using the registered credentials
3. Click on "Book Cylinder"
4. Fill Your Details
5. Click on "BOOK NOW"

E) Through IndianOil Customer Web Portal

In this method, you can book through Laptop or Desktop Computer with Internet Facility. Your can use credentials of IndianOil Customer Web Portal to login. New User can register themselves in the portal and get password. Follow the below steps for booking through IndianOil Customer Web Portal.

1. Visit the IndianOil Portal => https://cx.indianoil.in/webcenter/portal/Customer
2. Login using the registered credentials
3. Click on "Book your Cylinder"
4. Verify Your Details
5. Click on "BOOK NOW"
